Had my annual boiler service booked in but due to having no heating and hot water i had to get someone out quicker. Jamie gave me some advice on what could be wrong and sent Chris out to have a look, he knew straight away what the fault was and was fixed in no time. My boiler service got carried out at the same time saving another visit. Would highly recommend using the team, the girls in the office are great to deal with too nothing is ever too much to ask.

The team responded quick to come and view the current setup, provided a quote and once agreed, had the job booked in within a week. That time came for our 20 something year old boiler to go to the big scrap heap in the sky. We were doing the rounds and looking for a reasonable price/quality balance and we decided to go with these folks. I have used this company for a couple of years now. I have had joinery, plumbing, boiler replacement and most recently electrical work done. From the first phone call, to the booking of the service has been seamless. Every work person that has come in to my house have been professional, on time, and leave your house clean and tidy. I do not use any other company. There are email updates and emails after the work has been completed to check everything. Engineers came out twice for 2 different things. To fix a mistake someone made with my boiler and now it works fine. The second time was to fix and seal my bath and shower area from leaks. Both times talked me through what needed done. Fixed my issues with no problems so far. Before leaving both times informed me to call if there are any further problems. Happy with the service.
